• We recently made an offer to purchase a Pensacola Beach property. We contacted Nick to provide a home inspection which included a 4-point and wind mitigation inspection for insurance purposes.  He was able to inspect the property and provide the needed reports within a 3 day period.  He was very professional, thorough, and explained his findings to us in detail.  We were able to correct the problem areas that could have a negative effect on our insurance premiums and he returned to reinspect the property and update the reports. • My husband and I were looking for a property to purchase, and found one that we made an offer on.I noticed a water leak so I called Nick Perez to inspect the home. Upon inspection, the water leak was much worse then I knew, and Nick found a pretty long list of things that I didn't see. We are so glad we called Nick Perez Home Inspections. We were able to cancel the offer on that property. Thank Goodness!!!Then we found another home that we were ready to put an offer on, and remembered the list of things that Nick had found with house number one, so, we called Nick ,again. Nick met us at the second house, and did his great work again. We were informed of things with that house that we didn't think of (all of the extra money it would need) so we didn't make our offer....that would have been too much considering the list of repairs needed. Again...Thank You Nick!!!Third times charm,right? Well, turns out that it was. We found this cute lil house that looked great, but knew that we had better get Nick on the job. Problem was, all offers had to be in the next day (due to so much traffic and so many offers coming in). We were so excited about this lil house, but would not put an offer in without Nick Perez's inspection. I called Nick at seven the next morning hoping that he could make it there to do an inspection before noon. He made it happen. He looked this house all over and under, spending plenty of time and looking closely. He found a few minor little things. Nick gave it a thumbs up,so we put in our best offer and Got The House!! We are so glad we found Nick Perez Home Inspections!!!!
